All AGI projects share common standards and patterns:

• HED Integration: All annotation outputs conform to HED schema specifications
• BIDS Compatibility: Outputs are structured for BIDS datasets
• API Design: RESTful APIs with OpenAPI documentation
• Authentication: Support for BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model
